    We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the return process. After your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
  • How will I be reimbursed?
    The refund for your purchase will be processed through the payment option you originally chose when making the purchase unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon or there is a specific obstacle preventing such a refund. It's important to note that when returning only part of an order, the delivery cost will typically not be refunded. This policy ensures that the delivery cost is retained for the items you chose to keep from your order, while the refund pertains to the returned items themselves.

    1. The product must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. 2. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased product if you intend to return it. 3. The return shipping costs are at your expense. 4. We will not accept returned products that lack the relevant label or seal, or have been altered from their original condition (e.g., used or damaged). 5. It is important to emphasize that customers are responsible for sending the goods back, and we cannot be held accountable for parcels that do not reach us. Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.   • When will I be refunded?
    We make every effort to process returns promptly, and once your return is processed, we will notify you via email. The credit for your return will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days. However, during periods of high demand or increased activity, this process may take up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods.   • Do you have different types of nozzles for Kefii bubble cleanser?
    Currently, we only stock "Bubble type". Other nozzle types, like "Noodle type" are coming soon!
